Short version: we collect what you send us, we use it to help you, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
When you submit a consultation request or the POS Finder quiz, we collect the information you provide: name, business name, email address, phone number, business type, current POS, quiz answers and anything you write in the message field. We also record which page the form was submitted from.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, prepare a recommendation and follow up about POS and payment solutions. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where necessary to fulfill a request you've made — for example, submitting a merchant application to Clover or Square on your behalf with your consent.
How it's stored
Submissions are stored in a secured database with access restricted to our team. We keep records only as long as needed for the relationship or as required by law.
Communications
By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or calling us directly.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use basic analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not use that data to identify individual visitors.
Your choices
