Why work with us
Same price. Very different year.
Buying a POS online and buying it through us costs about the same. The difference shows up in month two, when something needs to change and you need a person who already knows your setup.
What you get
Equipment at no cost, free setup, no long-term contract.
01
No long-term contract required
Flexible month-to-month terms are available on both platforms. You stay because the system works, not because a three-year agreement says you have to.
02
Equipment at no cost to you
Terminals, stations, printers and readers provided at no cost while you process with us. The equipment stays ours — if you ever move to another provider, you simply send it back.
03
Free setup, on site or remote
Catalog and menu build, modifiers, hardware placement, permissions, reports and hands-on staff training. Included, not billed hourly.
04
Ongoing support with no hidden fees
A direct line to the person who configured your system. Menu changes, new hardware, new staff, a report that stopped making sense — no support tier to buy.
To be straight with you: the equipment isn't a giveaway. We provide the hardware your business needs at no cost to you while you process with us, and it stays ours — if you ever decide to move to a different provider, you simply return it. We look at every business we work with as a partner, and we're invested in your success, not in locking you into a box you paid for. And yes, if you want your rates compared side by side with what you pay today, we'll do that too.
Side by side
Buying online vs working with us.
Hardware cost
You pay for the terminals, printers and readers upfront.
The equipment you need at no cost while you process with us — return it if you ever leave.
Contract
Whatever the platform's standard terms happen to be.
Flexible terms with no long-term commitment required.
Choosing the system
You compare feature lists and guess which one matches your workflow.
We ask how your day runs and recommend a specific configuration — or tell you to stay put.
Pricing
You take the published rate and hope it's competitive.
We read your current statement and model both platforms against real numbers.
Setup
A box arrives. You build the menu at midnight.
Catalog, modifiers, permissions and reports built before go-live.
Training
Help articles and a video library.
Hands-on training on your real catalog, with your staff.
After go-live
A support queue that doesn't know your business.
A number that answers, attached to someone who set your system up.
Cost
The same hardware and rates.
The same hardware and rates.
The uncomfortable part
We'll talk you out of it if we should.
Digital Harvest Marketing has been locally owned and operated since 2000, run by Rick Neuman out of Southeast Wisconsin. That's why setup happens in your store instead of in a shipping box — and if you're outside our local area, we run the same guided setup virtually, screen share and all. Either way the number you call is a person who already knows your system.
A fair number of the conversations we have end with "your pricing is competitive and your system works — don't switch." That costs us a sale and it's the reason those businesses call us when something does change.
Fair questions
Is the equipment really free?
Yes — no upfront hardware invoice on qualifying Clover and Square setups. The hardware is covered through the payment processing agreement, and we show you that rate against your current statement before you sign anything.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
Not unless you choose to be. Flexible, no-long-term-commitment terms are available on both platforms, and that's the option we lead with.
Does going through a dealer cost more?
No. Hardware and processing come from the same programs. What differs is the setup and support you get around them.
Are you locked into recommending one platform?
No. We're an authorized dealer for both Clover and Square, and we regularly recommend the one with the smaller ticket.
What if I already have a system I like?
Then keep it. We'll still review your statement if you want a second opinion on pricing.
How fast can you get me live?
Simple setups often go live within a week. Complex multi-terminal restaurant builds take longer because they should.
Start with a conversation.
Tell us what's going on at the counter and we'll come back with something specific.

Tell us how your business runs. We'll help you figure out what actually fits — Clover, Square or a specific configuration of either.
