The four things
What working with us actually includes.
01
No long-term contract required
Flexible month-to-month terms are available on both platforms. You stay because the system works, not because a three-year agreement says you have to.
02
Equipment at no cost to you
Terminals, stations, printers and readers provided at no cost while you process with us. The equipment stays ours — if you ever move to another provider, you simply send it back.
03
Free setup, on site or remote
Catalog and menu build, modifiers, hardware placement, permissions, reports and hands-on staff training. Included, not billed hourly.
04
Ongoing support with no hidden fees
A direct line to the person who configured your system. Menu changes, new hardware, new staff, a report that stopped making sense — no support tier to buy.
Free setup, step by step
What “setup” means here.
Most of the value in a POS is in the configuration. That’s the part people get billed for elsewhere, and it’s the part we include.
Discovery before anything ships
We walk through how orders come in, who rings them up, where the bottlenecks are and what you're doing by hand today.
Catalog and menu build
Your items, categories, modifier groups and pricing entered properly — not a flat item list you fix at midnight.
Hardware placement and pairing
Terminals, printers, cash drawers, kitchen displays and readers set up where your staff actually stands, on site or guided remotely.
Permissions, tips and reporting
Roles for staff versus managers, tip handling that reconciles, and the handful of reports that actually change decisions.
Hands-on staff training
Training on your real catalog with your team, so day one is a normal shift instead of an experiment.
Go-live and the weeks after
We stay reachable through the first busy stretch, when the real questions show up.
Ongoing support
A number that answers, indefinitely.
01
Menu and catalog changes
New items, seasonal pricing, modifier rework — call it in rather than learning the back office.
02
New staff, new roles
Adding employees and setting permissions correctly as your team changes.
03
Hardware questions
A printer that stopped, a reader that won't pair, another station added for a second register.
04
Reporting help
Making the numbers answer the question you actually have about labor, mix or margin.
05
Rate reviews
A periodic look at your statement so nobody drifts into pricing that stopped being competitive.
06
No support tiers
There is no premium plan to buy. Support is part of working with us.
Straight talk
How the equipment works.
To be straight with you: the equipment isn't a giveaway. We provide the hardware your business needs at no cost to you while you process with us, and it stays ours — if you ever decide to move to a different provider, you simply return it. We look at every business we work with as a partner, and we're invested in your success, not in locking you into a box you paid for. And yes, if you want your rates compared side by side with what you pay today, we'll do that too.
Locally owned
Digital Harvest Marketing has been locally owned and operated since 2000, run by Rick Neuman out of Southeast Wisconsin. That's why setup happens in your store instead of in a shipping box — and if you're outside our local area, we run the same guided setup virtually, screen share and all. Either way the number you call is a person who already knows your system.

Straight answers
Is the equipment really free?
Here's the honest version: it isn't a giveaway. We provide the Clover or Square equipment your business needs at no cost to you while you process with us, and the hardware stays ours. If you ever decide to move to a different provider, you simply return it. There's no upfront invoice and nothing to finance — we treat every business as a partner and we're invested in your success.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
Not unless you choose to be. Flexible, no-long-term-commitment terms are available on both platforms, and that's the option we lead with.
Does free setup mean a phone call?
It means the build. Catalog, modifiers, hardware, permissions, reports and staff training. On site across Southeast Wisconsin, and remotely everywhere else.
What if my current pricing is already good?
Then we'll tell you that and you should stay put. We'd rather lose the sale than move you into something that isn't better.
Do you compare my current rates?
If you want us to, absolutely. We're not built around a side-by-side rate battle — we'd rather talk about how your business runs and what the right system is — but if you'd like to see your current statement next to what we'd offer, we'll put the numbers together and be straight with you about them.
Does going through you cost more than buying direct?
No. The hardware and processing come from the same programs. What changes is that the setup, the training and the person answering the phone are included.
Let’s see if you qualify.
Tell us what you’re running today. We’ll come back with the hardware, the configuration and the terms in plain language.
Start with a conversation.
Tell us how your business runs. We'll help you figure out what actually fits — Clover, Square or a specific configuration of either.
