Questions we get
Can I import my current inventory?
Usually yes, from a CSV export. The cleanup before import matters more than the import itself.
Does inventory sync with online sales?
On both platforms, an integrated online store shares the same catalog and counts. Third-party marketplaces need a connector.
Can I scan barcodes?
Yes. We'll spec a scanner that works with the hardware you choose and set up your SKU conventions.
What about serialized or bulk items?
Depends on the category. Tell us what you sell and we'll tell you which platform handles it more cleanly.
