eCommerce
An online store that doesn't share inventory with your register isn't a sales channel. It's a second business you now have to run.
Solutions
The short version
01
Shared catalog
One item list powering the counter and the website.
02
Shared inventory
A sale online drops the count on the shelf.
03
Fulfillment
Shipping, local delivery and in-store pickup.
04
Same customers
Online buyers land in the same directory and loyalty program.
05
Payments
Card and digital wallets, settled with your other sales.
06
Speed to launch
A basic store can be live in days, not months.
Start small and honest
You don't need your full catalog online on day one. Put up your best sellers, get the fulfillment process working, then expand. Most stalled online stores tried to launch everything at once.
In-store pickup is the underrated option
Cheaper than shipping, faster for the customer, and it brings people into the store where they buy something else.
Photos and descriptions do the selling
Platform choice matters far less than clean photos and item copy. We'll tell you where to spend the effort.
- Consistent product photography
- Descriptions that answer the obvious question
- Accurate stock so you don't oversell
- Clear shipping and pickup expectations
Keep it one system
Two catalogs means two updates and eventual mismatch. We set up the store on the same platform as the POS unless there's a strong reason not to.
Clover or Square
Clover or Square?
We sell both, so the recommendation comes from your workflow instead of our inventory.

Questions we get
Can I use my existing website?
Often yes — you can link or embed ordering and checkout. If your site is old and slow, we'll say so.
Does inventory really stay in sync?
On the same platform, yes. Third-party marketplaces need a connector and are less reliable.
What about shipping labels?
Both platforms have shipping tooling or integrations to print labels and set rates.
Can I sell gift cards online?
Yes, and it's one of the easiest wins for a new store.
