Mobile Payments
Plenty of businesses don't have a counter. Or they have one and the money is being made twenty feet away from it.

Solutions
The short version
01
Where it's used
Tableside, curbside, markets, trucks, job sites, salon chairs and trade shows.
02
Hardware
Pocket readers, all-in-one handhelds with receipt printing, and phone-based tap to pay.
03
Same system
Mobile sales land in the same reporting and inventory as counter sales.
04
Connectivity
Wi-Fi or cellular, with offline handling you should understand before you rely on it.
05
Receipts
Text, email or printed on the spot.
06
Deposits
Funds follow the same schedule as your other card sales.
Tableside changes table turn times
Taking payment at the table removes two trips per check. In a busy dining room that's real capacity, not a rounding error.
Field service: get paid before you leave
Invoicing after the job means chasing the money. Charging the card in the driveway means the job is done when you drive away.
- Charge at completion
- Text a receipt
- Deposits and estimates
- Attach the sale to the customer record
Markets, trucks and pop-ups
Cellular-capable handhelds keep you selling where Wi-Fi is unreliable. We test your actual environment before you commit to the setup.
It should not be a second system
If mobile sales don't show up in the same reports as the register, you've created a reconciliation problem. We configure it as one system with several endpoints.
Clover or Square
Clover or Square?
We sell both, so the recommendation comes from your workflow instead of our inventory.
Clover
Clover Flex and Go cover handheld and pocket-sized payments with the same back office as the station.

Questions we get
Do I need cellular?
If you sell where Wi-Fi is unreliable, yes. Otherwise Wi-Fi is usually fine. We'll check your environment.
Can I take payments on my phone?
Yes. Both platforms support phone-based acceptance, and Square supports contactless tap directly on supported phones.
Is the rate different for mobile?
Card-present rates generally apply when the card is tapped, dipped or swiped. Keyed-in cards typically cost more.
Will it work offline?
There are offline modes with real limits and risk. We'll explain exactly what happens before you depend on it.
